Watchthis is amazing.
I keep fearing that my bulimia will come back when we get into our apartment and I don’t have to worry about my grandma hearing me barf. the urge to binge and purge is getting a little more prominent, but I’m back on Lamictal and might get on Topamax in a month, so things might be better.
I guess the main reason I’m not doing it all the time again is because I know if I relapse...

breakfast: left over noodle soup
lunch: banana & left over noodles from loving hut
snack: hummus & crackers (the ones from treatment). Olives, Cauliflower, Peppers in olive oil.
Dinner: sweet potatoes & small salad with the fake chicken.
dang, so healthy!
also, my dad’s signing me up for 24 hour fitness tomorrow! sa-weeeet.
